PSAAG Workshop 2020

In a turbulent time of travel restrictions and the new normal of digital conferences, this year’s Workshop of the Public Service Accounting and Accountability Group has been organized exclusively online.

Hosted by our dear colleague Céline DuBoys, and jointly organized by the Institute of Public Management and Territorial Governance (IMPGT) and Aix-Marseille University in France, the workshop addressed the topic of “Sustainable Development Goals and climate change – challenges of accounting and accountability in the public sector”.

 

The Group‘s Annual Workshop is a platform that brings together scholars and practitioners; a place to develop and discuss ideas, share knowledge, and tackle topical issues in accounting and performance measurement in the public sector. Again, discussions were lively and ideas were built upon – even in the digital format, the workshop has been a great experience and academics and practitioners keep working and further developing their perspectives on the three sub-topics (see more  detailed information in the program).
